A super tasty and nutritious dip or snack for after workout, afternoon or after school for children. A little nutty, slightly salty and some sweetness make it the ideal combination with corn chips or vegetable sticks.
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend, adding water as needed until you get the desired consistency.
- Serve in a bowl, topped with ground cumin and chopped fresh coriander.
- Enjoy as a snack with vegetable sticks, seed crackers, rice crackers or corn chips.
