Protein Porridge

Method

  1. In a small saucepan, add all ingredients except the Happy Weight and cook on low heat until oats are creamy. Then add the Happy Weight.
  2. Remove from heat and serve.
  3. Optional to add toppings such as fresh berries.
  4. This is a great snack for a busy day—just pop into a jar and eat later. smiley
