Power Start Breakfast Sprinkle
A great power sprinkle to top off any fruits, add to smoothies or yogurt.

Method

  1. Process linseeds, sunflower seeds and pistachio kernels in a food processor until finely chopped.
  2. Stir in the chia seeds and dried cranberries. Store in a jar in the fridge. Sprinkle on your favourite natural yogurt, fruits or smoothies for added goodness.
