Parmesan Asparagus Salad

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
  2. Rinse the asparagus and cut off the fibrous ends.
  3. Place in a shallow pan with ¼ cup of water and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and toss well with the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Enjoy!

Extra Notes

Option to steam asparagus gently instead of baking.
