Overnight Chia Breakfast Pudding
A great filling breakfast or even a dessert!

Method

  1. Put chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla essence and maple syrup in a jar or bowl. Mix well.
  2. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
  3. Serve with your choice of fruits, nuts, and/or seeds.

Extra Notes

Tip: This will keep for up to five days, so make a few batches ahead and serve with your favourite toppings each morning!
