Miso Roasted Asparagus

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Line a loaf pan or baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Rinse and trim off the ends of the asparagus.
  4. Mix together all the remaining ingredients and spread evenly over the asparagus.
  5. Place on baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve as a side dish with a protein.
