Mango, Cashew and Banana Smoothie Bowl

Method

  1. Soak the Oats and water for 10 minutes
  2. In a high speed blender add the banana, coconut water, oats, cashews and mango. Blend until smooth and mixed well. (you may add 1/2 cup ice if you like it cold)
  3. Pour into bowl or coconut shell. Divide the pumpkin seeds, basil/chia seeds/ shredded coconut and kiwi fruit and garnish each bowl.
  4. Serve immediately.
