Lemon Basil Vinaigrette

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender (except for the olive oil). 

  2. Blend for 10 seconds.
  3. Add olive oil and blend on low to make a smooth dressing.

  4. Refrigerate for 1 – 2 hours prior to serving.
