Kale Chips

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Rinse and dry the kale. Cut the thickest part of the stalk out and discard. Set the kale leaves aside.
  3. In a shallow dish, mix the nutritional yeast, olive oil, salt and spices.
  4. Coat the kale leaves with the mixture and arrange on the baking tray.
  5. Bake for 5-10 minutes, just until leaves are crispy.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

Extra Notes

You have the option to use other spices of your choice in place of paprika or curry powder.
