Immunity Tonic

Method

  1. Thinly peel the just the skin (without the pith - white part) from the orange and lemon and squeeze all the juice into a medium saucepan. Add all other ingredients to the saucepan.
  2. Simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally, then take off the heat and set aside to allow the flavours to infuse for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Pour into small glasses, serve warm.
