Happy Smoothie Bowl

Method

  1. Slice the fruit for toppings and chop the nuts. Set aside.
  2. Except for the toppings, add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend until creamy.
  3. Pour into a bowl and decorate with all your toppings.
  4. Enjoy!

Extra Notes

Optional toppings such as muesli, dried coconut, hemp seeds and edible flowers are all nice..
