Happy Shape Protein Pancakes

Method

  1. Except for the coconut oil, combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Let sit for 10 minutes and mix again.
  2. Coat a cooking pan with coconut oil. Scoop a portion of the pancake mixture and cook until lightly brown on each side.
  3. Enjoy with fresh berries, coconut yoghurt, chopped nuts, nut butter, or raw honey.

You can choose from any of two Happy Shape powder flavors - Vanilla or Chocolate.
