Method

  1. Blitz all ingredients in a blender until coarse.
  2. Keep in the fridge and have a scoop a day. You can add this to smoothies, bowls, dressings.
  3. Add ¼ cup water to make a healthy spread.
  4. You can make your mix even more nutrient-dense with:

    • Berries or berry powder
    • Collagen powder
    • Organic raw cacao powder
    • Matcha powder
    • Spirulina
    • Moringa
    • Reishi mushroom
    • Green banana
    • Slippery elm
    • Psyllium husks
    • Salt
