Happy Chili

Method

  1. In a medium-sized frying pan, sauté the onion, garlic, carrot and celery in the olive oil. Then add the protein. Sauté further until the protein is cooked.
  2. Next, add the passata and beans. Stir well and continue cooking for a few more minutes.
  3. Add the smoky paprika and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and add your choice of garnish.
  5. Serve with a salad.
