Haloumi Cobb Salad

Method

  1. Boil the eggs and cook Haloumi until crispy. When done, set aside.
  2. To assemble, divide the greens into two salad bowls. Top with all of the ingredients.
  3. Serve the salad with your favourite dressing. Our Lemon Basil Vinaigrette is a good one to use.

Extra Notes

Optional for vegans to use sliced tempeh in place of the Haloumi.
