Guacamole Christmas Trees

Method

  1. Pre-make one batch of the Kiwi Guacamole. You can find the recipe here.
  2. Pre heat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  3. Using a Christmas tree-shaped cookie cutter, cut the tortillas into “trees”. Brush both sides with a tiny bit of olive oil and arrange on the baking tray.
  4. Bake around 10 minutes until just crispy.
  5. Remove from heat when done. Let cool a few minutes and top with guacamole and pomegranate arils.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
