Grilled Mustard Brussels

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a medium size fry pan.
  2. Add the Brussels sprouts and cook for about 5 minutes until a bit crispy.  Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Then, add the water and cook covered just until soft. When done, remove from the heat and drain any excess water. Set aside.
  4. Prepare the dressing by mixing together the mustard, lemon and vinegar. 
  5. Arrange the Brussels on a large serving plate or bowl. Drizzle the parmesan, pour over the dressing, and sprinkle with hemp seeds.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
