Edible Christmas Tree

Method

  1. Slice the carrots and radish into thin circles. Shape a few carrot squares for the bottom trunk.
  2. Slice the cucumbers lengthwise into ribbons. Do the same for the celery, making six long and thin slices.
  3. To assemble, first lay down the rinsed kale leaves in the shape of a Christmas tree. Then, add some carrot squares to form the bottom trunk.
  4. Next, sprinkle the sprouts along the trunk from top to bottom.
  5. Decorate your tree with the rest of the veggies.
  6. Top off with the celery slices formed into a star.
  7. Serve alongside your favourite dip.

Extra Notes

You have the option to use other big leafy greens for the tree branches. Mixed colours of capsicum will also make a pretty tree!
