Edamame Pesto Pasta

Method

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Whilst pasta is cooking, prepare the veggies (including the optional ingredients you wish to add).
  3. When done, strain pasta and transfer to a mixing bowl. Add the olive oil, walnut pesto and veggies. Season with salt and pepper. Toss well.
  4. Arrange on a platter and sprinkle with edible flowers and lemon zest.
  5. Serve and enjoy!

Extra Notes

Feel free to substitute large-leaf spinach for baby spinach.
