Crispy Salt & Pepper Tofu

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Mix the oil, tamari, salt and pepper in a medium sized bowl.
  4. Add the tofu in and mix well. You can let it marinate for a few hours or cook straight away.
  5. Spread tofu on the baking tray.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes, then turn the tofu and cook the other side until golden.
  7. Add to curries, salads, or eat as is.
