Cranberry, Coconut and Almond Granola
A crunchy way to start the day, with your own home made granola.

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan-forced. Place oats, quinoa, seed mix, almonds, coconut oil, maple syrup, shredded coconut and cinnamon in a large bowl. Mix well to coat. Transfer to a roasting pan.
  2. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Stir in cranberries and apple. Set aside to cool completely. Serve with natural yoghurt.
