Coconut, Chia and Berry Breakfast Pot
A delicious, healthy start to your day

Method

  1. Soak the chia seeds in the coconut milk and water for 4 hours or overnight.
  2. In a high speed blender, blitz the berries.
  3. Divide the coconut and chia mix between two jars or bowls, layer with the berry mixture, and top with the toasted seeds.
  4. Can be eaten straight away, or put a lid on and keep one for tomorrow. Enjoy!
