Coco Choco Slice
I'm not a breakfast person, so this is a great healthy alternative!

Method

  1. Grease a 20-cm baking dish with the oil or line with baking paper.
  2. In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients and blend until well combined.
  3. Spoon the mixture into prepared pan and press down firmly.
  4. Melt 150g of chocolate and drizzle over the pan mixture.
  5. Put in the fridge for one hour then cut into slices and serve.
  6. Enjoy!
