Chocolate Rose Berry Barks

Method

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate on low heat or using a double-boiler.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment paper and spread with a spatula until even and thin.
  4. Top with your selection of ingredients, adding the flattest and smallest choices first.
  5. Gently press the toppings that are not firmly embedded in the chocolate.
  6. Place the tray in the fridge for at least an hour.
  7. When the chocolate is firm, break into “bark” sized pieces and keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
  8. Enjoy!

Extra Notes

Option to use your choice of other seed or nuts instead of pumpkin seeds. When making other combinations, feel free to mix and use the suggested toppings in your desired amounts.
