Cherry and Quinoa Truffles
A tasty treat at any time of the day..

Method

  1. Place all ingredients, except 50 g of coconut, into a high speed blender or food processor.
  2. Process on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and form a dough you can roll into balls.
  3. Roll into balls and toss lightly in the extra coconut.
  4. They can be kept in the fridge for a week, or in the freezer for 2 months..
  5. Enjoy!
