Method
- Place all ingredients, except 50 g of coconut, into a high speed blender or food processor.
- Process on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and form a dough you can roll into balls.
- Roll into balls and toss lightly in the extra coconut.
- They can be kept in the fridge for a week, or in the freezer for 2 months..
