Broccoli Hummus

Broccoli Hummus
This nutrient-dense dip is another fantastic way to make good use of those broccoli stalks!

Method

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil. Add broccoli stems and boil for 5 minutes or until tender.
  2. Drain and immerse in ice-cold water.
  3. Then, drain the stalks again and add these together with the remaining ingredients in a Thermomix® or food processor. Blend thoroughly.
  4. Enjoy with veggie sticks or crackers.
