Berry Collagen Pudding

Method

  1. Combine amla powder, collagen peptides and plant-based milk in a  mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly, ensuring all clumps are gone. Set aside.
  2. In a separate medium-size jar or cup, combine the nuts, seeds, and cacao. Pour in the milk mixture and mix thoroughly.
  3. Add in the berries and dragon fruit. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Divide into 3 servings and enjoy as a healthy and refreshing breakfast or snack!

Extra Notes

You have the option to use kiwi fruit if dragon fruit is unavailable. Substitute 1 tsp raw cacao powder for cacao nibs or reduce to 1 tsp nibs if you find the taste of cacao overpowering.
