Beetroot, Carrot and Apple Juice
A great way to start any morning. Beetroot is a good source of iron and folate. It also contains nitrates, betaine, magnesium and other antioxidants. Beetroot can help lower blood pressure, boost exercise performance and prevent dementia.

Method

  1. Wash and juice all ingredients. Add some ice and enjoy!
