Banana Sleepy Tea

Method

  1. Bring the water to boil in a small pot.
  2. Wash the banana and remove both ends. Cut into quarters with the skin on and add to boiling water.
  3. Add the cinnamon and boil for 8-10 minutes.
  4. When done, strain the banana and pour liquid portion into your favourite mug.
  5. Add dairy-free milk and Manuka honey (or your choice of sweetener), if desired.

Extra Notes

If you have blood sugar issues, then use the peels only and not the inside flesh of the banana.
