Banana & Oat Pancakes
Great vegan pancakes for all the family to enjoy!

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until completely smooth.
  2. Heat a large frying pan and add coconut oil to coat the pan.
  3. Place half a cup of mixture per pancake in the pan.
  4. Cook on medium heat for around four minutes each side until golden brown.
  5. Serve with fruit and maple syrup.

Extra Notes

The mixture can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge ready to use.
