5-Minute Kale Salad

Method

  1. Rinse and chop kale into thin strips. Set aside.
  2. In a large salad bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix quickly and thoroughly.
  3. Then add the kale and stir until well coated and the leaves are “wilted.”
  4. Place in a serving dish or individual salad bowls. Enjoy!
